Holistic Femme began in the most unexpected way...
Back in 2018, I was working as a personal trainer and health coach, helping women build confidence through movement, strength and wellbeing. Activewear was part of my everyday life, but I never imagined it would one day become the heart of my business (although it was part of my daily manifestation ritual 😊)
Then, by chance, I met my neighbour, Nic the co-owner of Lilybod. What started as a friendly conversation over the fence soon turned into an opportunity to experience the brand for myself. I quickly fell in love with the quality, fit and thoughtful design of the pieces, and before long I was helping friends discover them too.
As our friendship grew, Nic entrusted me with giving new life to excess stock, customer returns and archive collections that deserved to be worn rather than forgotten. I began sharing these pieces with friends, then through eBay, and eventually realised there was an opportunity to create something much bigger. The personal training business didn't light me up like this did so I shifted my focus and the purpose of my brand.
In 2023, Holistic Femme was born.
Today, Holistic Femme is built on a simple belief: beautiful, premium activewear should be accessible to more women. We carefully curate genuine pieces from trusted brands, including archive collections, limited releases and excess inventory, giving exceptional activewear a second chance to be loved.
Every item is selected with care, and every order is packed by me. I genuinely love these products, wear them myself, and believe that quality activewear should inspire confidence, whether you’re heading to the gym, out for a walk or simply embracing everyday life.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything I do. My background in customer service taught me that the little things matter: thoughtful communication, careful packaging and making every customer feel valued.
As Holistic Femme continues to grow, my vision remains the same: to create a destination where women can discover beautiful activewear from brands they love, enjoy exceptional value, and shop with confidence knowing they’re supporting a small Australian business that truly cares.
