At Holistic Femme we always aim to keep our shipping times as short as possible so that you can get your hands (and bod) on your new Lilybod as soon as possible. 

All orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. As I am a sole trader, I will notify any customers if I am away or shipping will be delayed for any reason. 

All items are sent using Australia Post and shipped using their regular shipping timeframe.

Please also take note that due to the combustible nature of the Lilybod packaging, these can deteriorate over time and if this occurs I will try to replace the packaging with something newer and more presentable.

Some of our items have been tried on and I will occasionally inspect my stock for defects or to photograph it so this may explain why some items appear to have been opened. I can assure you all of our stock is new and unworn and if you have any questions or concerns regarding this please reach out and let me know.

Our clearance stock is new and unworn but has had the tags and bags removed for photographing and this is why it is offered at a clearance price.
