Return & Refund Policy 

At Holistic Femme, we want every customer to enjoy a positive shopping experience and feel completely satisfied with their purchase. If your item isn’t quite right — whether due to sizing, fit, or another issue — we’re here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused.

• Tags must still be attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at beccibrownsmail@gmail.com. Items should be returned as soon as possible after contacting us.

Exchanges & Change of Mind Returns

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or style, please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• As an outlet store, we don’t always have every size available. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll gladly offer you another item of your choice in the same or greater value.
  

Damages & Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product. We’ll assess the issue quickly and make it right.

• If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage.

• Postage reimbursements must be approved prior to returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that all clearance items in the sale category are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale/Promotional Discounts

To keep our prices low during sales, discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless faulty).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at beccibrownsmail@gmail.com
